This is unbelievably our 7th Annual RUN JACK RUN Family Fun Run/Walk in honor and celebration of Jack Pearsall, our son, brother, grandson, cousin, friend, teammate, classmate. It is incredible how this event has grown and continues to bring such positive people and energy into our lives. 4th of July marks the 7 year anniversary of losing Jack after he was hit by a drunk driver after the Mashpee town fireworks on July 1, 2011. Spending this day together doing something Jack would love with friends, family and those who cared about him is the best way we've found to get through this day... come join us and take a stand against drunk driving. "Be the Change. Think & Sign. Don't Drink & Drive."
If you have not already done so, please consider signing the "PACT", pledging not to drive while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and encouraging others to do the same. Visit www.jackspact.org to pledge online today!
RJR is a 1.2 mile run/walk between Jack's 2 soccer fields in Falmouth: Fred Toran Boys Varsity Soccer Field at FHS, down Gifford Street, to Trotting Park Soccer Fields.
