Lydia Leclair grew up with a love for all art, especially photography. Her first Black & White Photography course was in high school, and she also attended the Santa Fe Workshops for a summer- she has been photographing anything and everything ever since. Travel and environmental photography were her first loves and she got to explore those passions while traveling to London, Costa Rica, Antarctica, Tanzania, and China. Now, photographing families & couples is Lydia's specialty, and she loves to capture the essence of happiness and love, as well as individual personalities in her photographs. Lydia has had her photographs shown at an art exhibition in Northampton, MA, at Whole Foods in Colorado Springs, CO, and at a coffee shop in Colorado Springs. Additionally, she is a contributing photographer for the ErgoBaby® website and blog. Lydia lives in Harwich with her husband Justin, who is training for the Olympics in Modern Pentathlon, her daughter Io, who will be two at the end of August, and her two Chihuahuas, Pup-Pup and Miguel. Besides photography, Lydia enjoys running, yoga, reading, and traveling.

I like the photo in the middle of the little girl peeking under the fence. It shows her big, beautiful eyes wonderfully. I'm also a fan of Lydia on Facebook and of Cape Cod Mommies. I'm really looking forward to my session with Lydia in a couple weeks!

I love Lydia's photos! Although hard to choose, I love the photo of the baby holding the pinwheel. The child looks so mesmerized. Would love the same type of photo with my twins! I'm also a fan of Lydia's & cape cod mommys on Facebook. If I was on twitter I'd be a fan there too :)

Lydia's photographs are beautiful! My favorite is the sweet picture of the baby girl in the turned crate. It captures how itty bitty, precious, and innocent she is....tiny feet, tiny hands, cute little head band and sleeping peacefully! I really love the picture of the baby in the sideways crate. It's not too much with the props but just enough to capture the sweetness of the baby. Very sweet picture.

Our favorite photo is the one with the little girl peeking out from under the log. We thought that it reminded us of our wedding site, years ago, when our flower girls were looking across the field and it was also captured on film.

Hi there - my favorite picture is of the little girl peaking out from under the fence. It's a simple composition showing the pure curiosity of a young child. All of the pictures are beautiful and show such wonderful moments full of emotion that can be experienced by looking at the image. Amazing work! Omg I love them all but my fave is the little toddler girl looking under the tree branch/log idk but it's cute like she's playing peek a boo! I also love the newborn in the tiny radio flyer looking at the mountains! I love them all & would enjoy having some amazing photos of my guys!
