Itsy Bitsy Yoga: For physical activity for our entire family, my favorite thing to do is have a big dance party! We get some good movement in, burn off some steam and have fun!

Body conditioning: For mental health for me, the most helpful thing is having a little bit of time at the end of each day to decompress and read. As for physical activity, that's kind of fallen by the wayside, but I do try to walk with Helen a lot, and if nap time allows, get a little yoga in.

body conditioning: When I get time to myself I love to sit and read when my son is finally asleep. I also try to pop into a yoga class with a friend whenever time allows.

Itsy Bitsy Yoga: As a family, we love to take long walks on the bike trail and get the fresh air. For zoe, she loves to crawl around freely and go from standing to sititng. Great exercise for her!

Itsy Bitsy Yoga: Currently we are enrolled in Water Babies which is great exercise! Trevor would rather dip his hand into the water and suck on it than swim, but at least he's getting the exposure to water and exercise! We also love to take walks and to stand him at his activity table so he can strengthen those little legs! And he's a huge fan of pilates-anybody that goes to the Falmouth BF group knows that ;)

Itsy Bitsy Yoga: We like to go for walks around our neighborhood or ride bikes at the canal. My daughter loves to jump and move around to music so we try to encourage that.
